Wine Enthusiast- 90 points ! “This genle, lightly off-dry Riesling was fermented primararily in neutral oak, which seems to have softened the entry without impacting the flavours. Aromatic highlights of honeysuckle and range marmalade introduce a full palate with a complex fruit mix, inclding raspbery, citrus and orange. The finish brings an impression of cotton candy.
A Wine To Die For – This is a very small, (one acre) production “off-dry” Riesling, from the coolest section of the vineyard. Bring the glass to your nose, for fresh lemon, peach and honeysuckle aromas. Following on the palate, a creamy balance of acid, pear, apple melon, bringing o in our opinion, one of the most refreshing and enjoyable Rieslings we have ever tasted.
Pairs well with crab, calamari, clams, fish, or just by itself !
