This 07′ Chardonnay is a pleasent “fruit forward” white, barrel fermented and the partial malolactic fermentation has created a touch more butter flavour in this Chardonnay than most. It has just a marvolous “mouth feel”, with green apple and butterscotch aromas.
This is one of those Chardonnay’s that can almose go with anything, or pleasure your palate and nose by itself.
Aged 10 months in the barrel, it has a 13 % alcohol level.
