This is a light and fragrant Pinot Noir with heady aromas of bing cherries, cinnamon, and a touch of vanilla. This 2007 vintage was cooler than most years, and produced some classic Oregon Pinot Noir. The cooler fall means that the fruit became mature without over rioening. The combination of a lighter body, along with this powerful wine makes it a perfect combination to pair with grilled foods, like that big juicy T-Bone ! It also is perfect with por awesome Pacific Salmon, with a light citrus glaze.
