This Pinot Noir is produced from mostly “Old Vine” Pinot Noir fruit, and designated as “Reserve” early in it’s life. The bright fruit and rounded tannins make this wine a joy to drink. It exhibit’s aromas of cherry and earth, with flavors that are soft yet round and firm. You can definately pick up the scent of french oak in this Pinot Noir, and on the palate, black raspberry, black cherry and cola, with a hint of anice.
Drinking this lovely Pinot Noir, is like sipping great wine in a time machine that has brought you back to the 1800′s.
