This wine is “Clean and Mean”, spicy and balanced. Almost completely dry, it is plump and sweet, with pleasing citrus-rind accents, spicy, mild pepper, with the sweet showing up in the backside. Serve this wine chilled as an aperitif, fruit, cheese, or spicy Asian food, and shellfish. Or, serve with frozen strawberries or apricot in the glass ?
