Panther Creek Cellars is located in McMinnville, Oregon, in the famous Willamette Valley. They have been producing excellent premium wines since 1986. Their wines are produced with grapes from some of Oregons finest vineyards. Their wines are special, in that their goal is for each wine to express the personality of it’s vintage and character of the vineyard as clearly as possible. This is especially important in the expression of the Oregon Pinot Noir grape.
This winery believes that Pinot Noir is at it’s best when encouraged to develope charasteristics particluar to where it is grown. Thue work hard to create a limited production of well made wines whose individual personalities are able to shine.Gentle handling of their grapes at all phases of production is extremely important when crafting a great Pinot Noir. From the harvesting, to the bottling of finished wine, they strive to preserve the character of each vintage and vineyard. The balkance is a hallmark of world class Pinot Noir and they want their wines to exhibit the complex concentration of flavors and aromas without the sacrifice of beauty and elegance.
