Tight, jammy and rich, with a deep color, this powerful wine is “Yummy” from the first sip, to the long and enjoyable finish. On the nose, you are greeted with a wisp of floral bouquet, with a hint of violets, and leather. Black cherry, blackberry, red currant, and a whisper of black pepper.
This is one of my personal fav’s when I need a powerful, smooth, Syrah to serve with a Pork Tenderloin smothered in herbs and spices.
