ArborBrook 2009 Estate 777 Block Pinot Noir
The dark ruby color leads you into black currants, dark raspberries, blackberries and leather. The acidity compliments a large juicy mouthfeel, that lingers on the palate with a soft sweetness and soft tannins. Progressing into the mid palate, evolving into traces of black cherry, plums, and a hint of forest floor and cola. It finishes with a hint of soft oak, cassis, and anise.
Pairs extremely well with roasted game, duck breast with a cherry glaze, steak au poivre, or grilled portobello mushroom wine reduction sauce.
Absolutely enjoy now, or will age well into 2020.
